	Computer Hardware Manufacturer Designed a special vibration dampening gasket for fan gaskets used as a check valve in computer storage systems. Application involved using a cellular urethane material, cutting it into a large picture frame and installing conductive tape on the inside edge. This converts a standard gasket seal into a custom EMI gasket seal. Greene is UL compliant to supply a conductive silicone compound that meets UL94-VO. We are currently working on supplying a resilient material that is also electrically conductive used for a "strain relief" for electrical cables.	Environmental Instrumentation Company Compliant gap pad is used in between a microprocessor and a heat sink to dissipate thermal conductivity. 3M™ VHB (Very High Bonding) Tape can be die cut for bonding the perimeters of clear LCD covers in a variety of applications. High performance VHB Tape is necessary for the panel display of a plastic cellular phone to help speed assembly and withstand daily use and abuse. With resiliency and gap filling properties, it is used as a self-adhering gasket to help protect against moisture and dust.
	Manufacturer of Peripheral Computer Parts Manufacturer of various peripheral products for the PC and laptop computer markets, requires a multitude of high volume, kiss cut, cellular materials with PSA backing. They require a high strength, acrylic 3M™ PSA on all their parts to adhere to their plastic enclosures. One particular application requires a redesign because the adhesive bonds so well to the plastic substrate that it prevents any rework to these components. We are able to satisfy this requirement by supplying a PSA that can be removed yet maintain the requirement of a high strength acrylic adhesive.	Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer Greene supplies a double coated die-cut lamination to seal and bond in circuit boards. Greene provides a Polyimide film to a printed circuit board manufacturer to protect connector fingers during wave soldering and electrically insulate the capacitors. A circuit board manufacturer uses a thermal resistance and high adhesion to affix a heat sink to components on the board.
	Computer Storage System Manufacturer Developed special material for use as a vibration dampening gasket in a disk drive to control vibration and isolate shock.	Turn Key Electronics Manufacturer Die cut Teflon® isolator with a zoned PSA is used as a diode support on an electronic component.
	This conductive silicone is used as a strain relief to carry cables through slots to hold them in place.	Greene created a Custom Molded boot for a hand electronic device used as a shock absorber to house a small electronic device. 3M™ Polyurethane with pressure sensitive adhesive is used as a friction rubber on a kick plate bumper. The material is non-staining and highly abrasion resistant.
	Laptop Manufacturer TC2000 Gap Filler is used as a door seal in a system assembly where tolerance stack-up was unpredictable and needed extra cushioning.	Manufacturer of Bay Station Network Systems Thermal gap pads are used to transfer heat on a heat sink on a printed circuit board.
